Welcome to Arc Expeditions 2025!

 

Enclosed with this letter is the 2025 Arc Expeditions Booklet. The booklet lists all Expeditions for 2025.  Some expeditions are longer, and some are shorter.  Expeditions take place in the United States by van, self-transportation, and/or airplane. Transportation, meals, lodging (if applicable), and sponsors are included in each expedition. All expeditions are supervised and use a 3:1 ratio for sponsors.  Special accommodations may be made for individuals requiring additional supervision. Expeditions will be held as long as a minimum number of travelers have submitted completed paperwork and payment. Please read this 2025 Arc Expeditions Booklet thoroughly to choose one or more expeditions.

 

Once a Vacationer has decided to travel on one or more expeditions, the enclosed Arc Vacationer Application and the Arc Vacationers Profile are to be completed. The Arc Vacationer Consent Release Form must be signed by the vacationer and include, if applicable, a guardian signature, as well. Mail both completed forms along with the deposit check to The Arc of Lincoln at the address listed at the top of this letter. The Arc encourages vacationers to send the fully completed (all areas must be completed) application, profile, and deposit as soon as expeditions have been selected.

 

Once the application is processed, a confirmation letter will be mailed. The letter confirms enrollment in chosen expeditions.  Enrollment in an expedition may only be considered upon receipt of the confirmation letter. All trips need to be paid in full 45 days prior to the vacation date. Health and safety are priorities.

 

The Arc of Lincoln asks all travelers and sponsors to consider receiving the Covid-19 vaccine for the safety of everyone!   It may, also, be an expectation that all travelers and sponsors wear a face covering in places that are mandated for the safety of everyone.  Please bring a face covering just in case.
